DELL.COM

Dell does not respect Malaysian language due to lack of Behasa, Mandarin and Hindi in DELL.COM.MY. When Dell has a great direct marketing channel, why do not have to provide in these languages besides English.Does it bring cost. I do not think so. Because it can be covered when those people who do not know English will purchase Dell's products with reasonable prices they have.In my opinion Dell should think about keeping situation of leading direct marketing through the internet.

I DO AGREE WITH YOU BUT I THINK THEY ARE THINKING THAT FOR A 24 MILLION POPULATION SPENDING TO PUBLISH 3 LANGUAGE WOULD BRING COST.

it is their policy to not having all languages. perhaps they are encouraging English language, in my opinion.because in some countries they have not published nation languages as well like Thailand,...

I think the reason behind Dell is that they suppose that the person who is going to buy a laptop has the minimum english requirements. If the buyer does not know any english, then how he/she will be able to use the laptop which has an operationg system like windows which is in english?
Even if the user changes the language of the laptop to Bahasa or etc, what would he/she do with the web sites?

Also the policy of the government is to motivate its people to learn english.
