Surely you are notified that the Globe is under recession now. as you know this problem now is one of controversial issue in every society, either developed or others. maybe we link it to US economy although it is the most, the fluctuation in the economy nowadays has been globally because of global transactions. i am not a economist to analyze this important case. what purpose i have to highlight this case here is no recession can stay for a long period like a uphill and downhill. now the time is purchasing property, business, and any monetary asset that their owners need money to survive or proceed this crucial section. this is the job of large companies now locally and globally. if you have money just purchase as much as you can and sell them at a closer future.

BIODEGRADABLE BAGS

As we are aware of available biodegradable bags for kitchen or wherever else, a question has been arisen in regard to whether right solution has been taken or not. when you are not deciding to throw away your bag, how you can keep it not destroyed when the quality of that product is degradable and automatically is being degraded. you imagine you have just purchased something from JUSCO MALAYSIA HYPERMARKET that is using friendly biodegradable bag to customer, so putting away your shopping from bag, it is being destroyed and degraded automatically. Meaning that each piece of that bag is being spread across your home's floor if it has been put in somewhere in your home. More importantly, you have to clean those spread small pieces. it can bother you and maybe you think this friendly product could not satisfy me. but point is that product is excellent and only you need taking care to use a put in right place.that's it.

DO NOT REPLY THESE PHISHING EMAILS
CONSIDER THIS PROBLEM THAT STILL IS NOT SOLVED COMPLETELY, JUST YOU CAN REPORT SEARCH ENGINES SUCH AS YAHOO OR AOTHERS FORWARDING THEM TO INTERPOL-POLICE
In computing, phishing is an attempt to criminally and fraudulently acquire sensitive information, such as usernames, passwords and credit card details, by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication. eBay, PayPal and online banks are common targets. Phishing is typically carried out by email or instant messaging, and often directs users to enter details at a website, although phone contact has also been used. Phishing is an example of social engineering techniques used to fool users. Attempts to deal with the growing number of reported phishing incidents include legislation, user training, public awareness, and technical measures.
I am the head of Accounts and Audit Department of Bank of Africa,Ouagadougou . I decided to contact you after a careful thought that you may be capable of handling this business transaction which i explained below;
In my department i discovered an abandoned sum of $19.5m US dollars (Nineteen million, five hundred thousand US dollars). In an account that belongs to one of our foreign customer who died along with his entire family in 2003 in a plane crash.
Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines but unfortunately we learnt that his supposed next of kin(his son and wife) died alongside with him at the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim .
It is therefore upon this discovery that I have now decided to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin (I want to present you as his busines asociate )to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and I don't want this money to go into the Bank treasury as unclaimed Bill.
The Banking law and guideline here stipulates that if such money remained Unclaimed after seven years, the money will be transferred into the Bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fact that the customer was a foreigner and a Burkinabe cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner .
I agree that 40% of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 10 % will be set aside for expenses incurred during the business and 50% would be for me and I will visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated.
Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to your account as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as next of kin of the deceased customer. Upon receipt of your reply, I will send to you by fax or email the text of the application.
I will not fail to bring to your notice that this transaction is hitch free and that you should not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the transfer.
I expect that you contact me immediately as soon as you receive this letter with the information bellow.
Your full name ...............
Your address................
Telephone.....................
Fax..............................
Age............................

Hoping to hear from you immediately.Yours faithfully,Mr .KABURI YUSUFAccounts & Audit Department ,Bank of Africa

HYPERMARKET ENVIRONMENT

Brightness is important for customers even more than price sensitivity.some places in some hypermarkets are not bright due to lack of appropriate electrical equipments.this can bother customers who are purchasing in sense of feeling shopping is a necessity not a fun.meaning that just we have to buy something. But most people go shopping because of having time to be happy besides doing certain duty which is household needs.
Solution; changing old electrical instruments with plenty of new florescent ones in those branches.

MAXIS AND WRONG ADS

Weakness;Maxis as one of a leading telecommunication company in Malaysia is sending sms ads to all maxis users regardless of who he or she is, what position have, how old is he and many different segmentation that will have to be under consideration to send right ads sms. for instance, the professor does not like to see sms inviting him to have Cohen's or Rihanna's rington or willing to participate in a test selecting who is the singer of that particular sign.it is an interesting sms, perhaps , for teenagers not for all adults or every users.this mass marketing will damage the trust and convenience for maxis users. it bother and disturb him, consequently will damage the maxis brand image.
Recommendation; maxis should utilise a software to classify customers' segments, even if some users that have registered are not exactly those who are using mobile.
this software can categorize age groups, occupation, interests that may be could be gathered by research through mobile or on registration date.
Other Opportunities; as Malaysia is one of tourist destination, foreigners who are visiting country either students or tourists need to call their home country lots. IDD is available when it is promoted by many private companies that are using missed call back service. Maxis, recognized and trusted brand image, can establish and benefit business as a first mover in the telecommunication industry.maxis should counsider that loyalty in communication equipments is very high.

ASIAMEDIA.NET.MY

Asia media is one of advertising company specialized in broadcasting in bus Rapidkl (Malaysian shuttle company). they are advertising companies' ads with other programs matched through all Rapidkl buses narrow casting. This company which is new entrance has some problems that will be outlined by analyzing SWOT as follows.
STRENGTHS: 1-First mover in the industry, 2-uniqueness of service it promotes, 3-new and attractive way of advertising
WEAKNESSES: 1-Lack of good and powerful programs to attract passengers to watch (most of them), 2-lack of right marketing research to know who are their segmentation and targets, programs repeated more than a couple of times will be damage company's image in the minds of passengers as well as promoters, 3-lack of professional multimedia designed
OPPORTUNITIES: 1-since lots of international students as well as foreigners are riding by bus, 2-it can be a place to watch Malaysia's attractions as a tourist point of view, 3-lots of companies like hypermarkets which their targets can be the same as Asiamedia's segment
TREATS: 1-when Asiamedia does its job in a wrong way to attracting again existing willingnesses of them can be difficult, 2-by losing passengers watching you will lose companies' interests to advertise on asiamedia narrow casting and perhaps they do not contract
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1-Do not use we'll be back, because you lose passenger's attention suddenly, show immediately your ads after your programs finished
2-Use video clip, show in malaysian, chinese, indians and of course more english
3-Use movies, teatre even a program which lasts for 2 hours or more to make passengers your followers, across that you can show your ads like TVs
4-Use ME-TOO method as many large companies are utilising
5-Rapidkl's passengers are interested in watching beatiful beaches, shopping centres, and lots of nice places in malaysia either local or foreigners
6-Educate all variety of your segments if they are tweens, teens, youngsters, adult or babyboomers
7-Cartoon as a very attractive but not all of them be careful to select it
8-Do not focus on your ads, but focus on programs, if so, your customers will be followed automatically
9-Use ads like NIKON
10-And more...........

PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS

Problem solving and decision-making are important skills for business and life. Problem-solving often involves decision-making, and decision-making is especially important for management and leadership. There are processes and techniques to improve decision-making and the quality of decisions. Decision-making is more natural to certain personalities, so these people should focus more on improving the quality of their decisions. People that are less natural decision-makers are often able to make quality assessments, but then need to be more decisive in acting upon the assessments made. Problem-solving and decision-making are closely linked, and each requires creativity in identifying and developing options, for which the brainstorming technique is particularly useful. SWOT analysis helps assess the strength of a company, a business proposition or idea; PEST analysis helps to assess the potential and suitability of a market. Good decision-making requires a mixture of skills: creative development and identification of options, clarity of judgement, firmness of decision, and effective implementation. For group problem-solving and decision-making, or when a consensus is required, workshops help, within which you can incorporate these tools and process as appropriate.

DELL.COM

Dell does not respect Malaysian language due to lack of Behasa, Mandarin and Hindi in DELL.COM.MY. When Dell has a great direct marketing channel, why do not have to provide in these languages besides English.Does it bring cost. I do not think so. Because it can be covered when those people who do not know English will purchase Dell's products with reasonable prices they have.In my opinion Dell should think about keeping situation of leading direct marketing through the internet.

IKEA's opportunity in growing society

IKEA is thinking that countries should have different websites. Developed countries compared to Developing countries. In my opinion IKEA should choose a new strategy to design same web pages for all countries. same contents, same materials and not same color and cultural things . Because when a Malaysian, for example, is looking at Australian IKEA web page what will realize and find.
They need to see and choose products directly online like other countries. When future of places will be changed from traditional distribution to internet base place, why IKEA has not thought to attempt selling their products online in this regions.

CUSTOMER
In my thinking and of course many customer centric people, customer is not only king orboss as wall mart's CEO said, but he or she is our profit in his/her pocket that should be dramatically collected.
CUSTOMER IS RIGHT.
IS CUSTOMER RIGHT?
`CUSTOMER IS RIGHT` IS WRONG.
IS` CUSTOMER IS RIGHT` WRONG?
I am going to discuss about above phrases in the next blogs.
I will be pleased if you read and give comment.

GLOBALIZATION
BENEFITS OF GLOBALIZATION
On business:
.Cheap product: Products will not produce in the base company who has established his company. For example, Dell is originally in the USA, but many products are produced in the east countries with cheap costs.
.Reduce transport costs: When the goods produce wherever, people will buy them around themselves. No need to ship or send by cargo.
.Virtual communication: These days or future days companies talk together on internet and exchange each other information. People can connect with boss a produced good that they have bought it in their countries while that company will answer to comments overseas. No need to mail letters and other things by companies to business. Internet will do easily.
.Standardization: Some questions are important such as, Who is my most profitable customer? What is my most expensive production location? What is the true margin of that transaction? And etc. Company can answers, improves, and standardizes its productions or services. TBT is one of the national standard in the field of GATT in WTO. It has rules of standard to do for WTO members.
.Global Marketing: Marketplace will increase. Borders will be removed. New marketplace is the world from New York to Bangkok.
On work:
.Frequency of services: When sell policy changes, Services will change and increase. Some examples are, Globalization consulting services, Website localization.
.Services more than “do a job”: Produce of one product is a job and some services are related to that job more than it. For example, Cell phone is a product and many people are working on it without any connection to its company in whole world .
.End of “life time” employment: When DELL is working in the USA, it is just managing its products whole world. No need all members or workers begin their work on 8 am , because of DELL is producing in for example Malaysia at 10 am in Malaysia. Many stresses will omit especially for maintainers and services executors.
.Managing individual: Everybody can manage their products or services and can make strategy or plan for improving their products or services. He/she can control all processes of selling behind of his/s computer and also can sells it in internet easily and can advertises it in the famous websites.
